Terms & Conditions

How to Return

Your item must be in its original unused condition to refund unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your order shipment date. Return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise by mail only. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will receive a refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will not be accepted. Please note, made to order items cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned. Domestic Returns will receive a return shipping label.

  1. Please email support@allthingstall.co to request a refund, and we will assign you a tracking #.

  2. Mail your returns to ALL THINGS TALL, 13337 South St #496, Cerritos, CA 90703 (WRITE ORIGINAL ORDER # ON PACKAGE)

Return Exceptions

Items without a security tag are not in consideration for a return.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered is not in consideration for a return.

Exchange(s)

We don’t offer exchanges right now. Return items to us for a refund and then place a new order.

Back Order Items

We will wait for all your items to be in stock before we ship them.

Paypal

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will charge when you place your order. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Domestic

  • All orders will process within 72 hours of order placement.

  • If for any reason, your order is not able to be processed within the 72-hour timeframe, you will receive an email from us informing you of the deadline.

  • Domestic Orders will ship via standard shipping.

International

  • All orders will process within 72 hours of order placement.

  • If, for any reason, your order is not able to be processed within the 72-hour timeframe, you will receive an email from us informing you of the timeline.

  • International Orders will ship via standard shipping.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: UPS, USPS, FEDEX.

Order Tracking

If the shipping carrier provides a tracking #, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping on Domestic Orders is free of cost to the customer. For Non Domestic Orders, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before finalizing your order, the cost of shipping will show.

Back Orders

If an item is on back-order, we will ship you the part of your order in stock. When the item becomes available, we will send you the rest of your order. You will not accrue any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order, including:

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data are stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it transmits over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies are small files on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
